Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Free Returns
We provide free returns within 30 days for eligible products. Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, items returned without original tags or packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Items showing signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Products returned after 30 days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer, within 24 hours after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
